Behind the Scenes

Sketching to nail down the concept, pencil to refine the design, ink work to get things just right, then conversion to digital for final coloring. Sure it might be a more than bit of work, but it’s a no-nonsense process. We hope the results speak for themselves.

Sometimes the original sketch is so vague (did you notice that Sparks son was just a floating face at the start of the sketching phase?) that the pencil sketch is crucial for finalizing character design.
